But this wasn’t just standard bookkeeping. Monily’s real impact lies in managing the complex workflows that power our client’s backend financials every day.

The Process with an Impact

Monily receives vendor invoices through HubSpot and creates bills in NetSuite. From there, bills are synced to Bill.com and finally posted in QuickBooks. On average, nearly 100 bills go through this pipeline each month.

By managing multiple systems such as HubSpot, NetSuite, Bill.com, and QuickBooks, Monily ensures that all financial records are accurately captured, synced, and reconciled across platforms.

The e-commerce furniture store’s revenue comes from Shopify, but payments also involve PayPal and other sources. Monily reconciles all these accounts while accounting for merchant fees, working capital advances, COGS, and taxes.
